Designing a Mindful Life

An intimate 6-week cohort for individuals navigating what’s next. Blending mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and life design frameworks, this program helps you clarify what matters and recognize patterns holding you back so you can move toward life coherence.

Through guided meditation, reflective writing, creative exercises, and group conversation — you’ll leave with self-knowledge and tools you can use, as well as a community of people who’ve made the journey with you.

Particularly resonant for those at a creative or life crossroads whether navigating burnout, transition, or a quiet sense that something needs to change.
