Through guided meditation, reflective writing, creative exercises, and group conversation — you’ll leave with self-knowledge and tools you can use, as well as a community of people who’ve made the journey with you.
Particularly resonant for those at a creative or life crossroads whether navigating burnout, transition, or a quiet sense that something needs to change.
